- Confirmation of groups numbers, package selection and substitutions** based on preference or allergies must be received by a supervisor or manager 7 days prior to your group reservation time.
- You will be billed for the number you have confirmed 48 hours prior to your arrival.
- We ask that the function organizer make initial contact with the restaurant supervisor or manager upon arrival at the Museum complex or once in the Restaurant.
- Payment Policy --- One bill per group in the form of cash, travelers' cheque, pre-arranged voucher or major credit card recognized in Canada. Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise arranged through our accounting office O.A.C.
- All package prices are quoted in Canadian Funds.
- For catered functions outside the Restaurant labour charges are applicable.
